there's grassed parking for people not going on track / on stand, it's pretty well sign posted near the place, you just turn into a different enterance. Then walk into the track / around the track.

As mentioned, organisation would be substantially easier if people are all there at the same time.

As far as I'm aware there are still places in the hotel as Will has only just booked today and got somewhere. Preferably to driving all night then attempting to get home as well.

Better for the stand, better for the show and most importantly, safer. Give it some thought.

As JR requested, I'll arrive for 7.30 at Morrisons, I'm not far away but just wandered if non-trackers need to be there early but seen as though this is WR's first foray then best to make it as easy as possible
