I can't see Paypal putting blocks on stuff unless it is dodgy.
The only possible legitimate reason would be that they have seen a few grand arrive and leave quickly and they don't want to be left with covering that cost if the funding source turns out to be fraudulent so they're being cautious while its lot of money to lots of people.
I don't think it's massive amounts of money though, and that lying twat doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. I don't trust any single word from his mouth after that crap with whether or not he was Paul BMX.
I'm curious to know whether his parents know and if they do whether they are interested in helping. That was my intention is heading over there. Not to deal with that oxygen thief.

What I don't understand now is the fact that so many people know he was dodgy on other sites, yet never said anything.
If i'd seen someone selling something and having dodgy dealings on other sites, then i'd let a member of the admin know... 'Just in Case'
