not meaning to sound daft...but if you bought some aftermarket headlights from a panel distributor or something would they split? being not originals?id like to try this

Depo (what he's used) are aftermarket headlights. Valeo are the OE examples.

if they dont, the amount of light that is given off on the road will be pathetic.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Still got yellow in there!!! Get some silvertec bulbs from eBay. It's about £6 delivered and will make it look even better

They are not orginal GM parts which are sealed for life, and if you managed to unseal those, you might just be the son of god

do this alot to golf/vento lights
tried tigra but melted em lol
i use heatgun now instead of oven, so much easier
reseal with black silicon.

Nice guide mate,

Another tip would be to put the lights in front of a fan heater and go watch telly for a bit, worked a treat with mine on the golf, No worries about burning the house down and no waiting for the water to dry out,

Smoked standard lights are the way forward,

sorry to steal a post but, what exactly are the cyrstal head lights?? how do they differ to standard ones? how can you tell which is which? if i dont get a reply, i guess ill make a new post...
