OK update for everyone.

We are just running this as WR event due to there not being enough additional interest in showing and not running on the track therefore we are down to 15 places

As there are currently 16 people on the list tickets will be assigned first come, first served basis and people who are slow to pay will not get a ticket.

In the interests of fairness and giving everyone the opportunity to make a payment I'm not going to start asking for money until 9am Monday morning but you MUST CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THAT TIME if you want to get on the track.

Please tell me:

How many people in the car
Car type and reg
What phone number is best to stalk you on when you haven't paid yet
Method of payment

Tickets will be sold to people first of all who are going on the track, so if you have indicated that you just want to show, PLEASE WAIT.

Payment can be made either by Paypal IF YOU COVER THE FEE or by depositing cash in to my Barclays bank account. This is faster at a branch although also possible online. You may also post me a cheque although in any case MONEY MUST BE CLEARED BY FRIDAY OF NEXT WEEK 14TH MARCH.

My intention is to ask Combe for more space after all track tickets are assigned for those people not on the track and therefore not moving their cars about on the day.

Any questions please post in here rather than contact me privately so that I may answer publicly and inform everyone. You are welcome to draw my attention to your reply by u2u'ing me but KEEP GENERAL QUESTIONS IN HERE.

Yeah you can pay on the day if it is just to spectate. I may even sort advanced tickets if there's discount, need to speak to them again tomorrow about the extras that are not the 15 main cars.
