HI im interested for our corsa that weve recently built, are they easy to fit your self, and does everything come with it like u clamps flanges etc. I have a 2.5 inch one cat back at mo so it would be going down half inch from standard front manifold pipe, would this cause me an issue if I was to keep that?

Cheers.

Not fitted, they'd be delivered. Dave didnt say if that price included postage to me tbh, I was stating that he would send them not fit them! re. the noise, I know I'll miss the sound mine makes but in the interest of power, sacrifices have to be made

Tailpipes, Im unsure of, all I asked him is if I would be able to use a 3" tailpipe and he said yes...........

Wilson, I'm not sure if it would fit the same tbh. The reason for the group buy being he could make up identical systems on a dummy corsa and flog them out the door.

Donnalisa(is that one person or two?!) you make no sense, gong down half inch from standard? They're 2.5" as standard and will be 3" so would be going up in bore size....???

Deadline is once we have 5+ people, if we get to 5 I'll give anyone else say, a week, to sort themselves out. Will wait to see what Dave says about pricing inc. postage and tailpipe options.

initially i had intended it to be simple and people be running a standard turbo(albeit mine's a hybrid, but still fits the same).

Corb, you sure they are 2.5" standard? Think they are 2.25" arn't they? Im sure we got a larger size on D5 and went to 2.5"

With 1 box, it sounds like a rocket, get a bit noisy on motorway runs.

as for postage I cant include that in my costs but will do it at a reduced price of £10 per system. People can have any tailpipe they like. please look on:

http://www.exhaustsuk.co.uk/frames.html

final price of each system will depend on tailpipe design which wont vary by much more than £10.

A single box system on a c20let is fine as long as the correct rear box is used. we use a double baffled rear box which isnt restrictive at all but does keep noise down a lot. The thing that may cause difficulties with this group buy is the fact people use different engine mount kits which can vary engine position a lot. we will need to use a stainless steel flexi section to overcome this.

someone has also brought up a question about Depo headlights, dont see what it has to do with exhausts but all of my Depo headlights come direct from Depo, the same as all other Depo headlights. we have sold over 270 sets in the last 12 months and have not had even 1 set returned. Depo are generally very good with their build quality and although we try and check every set before posting them out we cant do anything about a problem with them unless people tell us rather than leaving it 6 months and then having a whinge in a thread that has no cennection to headlights in any way whatsoever.

If anyone has any questions about the exhausts that they would like answered please leave them in this thread or ring me on the number in my sig.

Dave.

Hi yes we are 2 people, been at work on nights so bare with me and less of the insults plz. The downpipe from turbo is 3" my cat pipe is 2 and a quater, even if we take that out like we are, the cat back system is only 2.5 inch ok?

So it would have to be different sizes, whereas the full 3" would replace all of it.

WE are still interested money waiting unlike some on here, we want a single round end for tail pipe, and one silencer plz. Let us know because thats a good price. ty.
