prices up here are high at the moment.

my mum and dad have bid for a few houses lately to rent out, they bidded a fair bit above asking and were still only about 5th highest


i managed to get a flat for good price at the end of last year to rent out, lucky, as the one next door sold for 21k more than mines a month later (and it needed work)

It has gone crazy over the past 6 months.

The one we've hopefully got now we got for £40k less than other ones in the street have been selling for, so with a bit of work could be worth a lot more
