Was coming back from Birmingham last night all along the 'A' roads and when i got to a set of traffic lights, i stopped (due to being on red) i put hand-brake up and into Neutral, and it sounds really sick, becuase the baffles have gone in my exhaust, also i put new speakers into the rear parcel shelf on wednesday and they have blew ( i know thats nothing to do with the car itself) but its crap as i want decent enough speakers without keep buying new ones, i dont really want to spend silly money on a new exhaust (even though it is cheaper than a new car) i have seen a used car really low mialge 1.4 sports, (but the down-fall its not a vauxhall which i want) and its only Ł3,000 i don't know what to do...

lol no merc i was looking at a Seat Aroza, 1.4i 16V and yes too much volume but the speakers were only Ł20.00 so what you expect ?

Well, you do generally get what you pay for.

Maybe if you invested a little more in the speakers they wouldn't blow up, and you could take them off when you sell up and put them on your next car...?

just answered your own wuestion, dont buy cheap shit speakers then moan when you blow them up! exhuasts arent expensive to be fair..........

might consider it loafofbrett How much would i be looking at just for a standard exhaust from Vauxhall/Kwick Fit?? Price Difference etc.

But this idiot doesn't deserve one.

You answered yourself about the speakers so you can stop moaning about that, and sorting the exhaust is hardly going to cost you an arm and a leg is it.

Besides if you cant afford to fix these two very minor things how do you expect to buy a car for Ł3,000?
