i think thte paint scratchs look excellent, the panel gaps look a bit iffy, may be just that car though as the damaged integra i saw looked ace

The screens always look worst than seeing it moving etc. That HD video was really impressive. Admit the brakes glowing seemed to be a bit on and off but isnt that how it looks at Le Man's? Anyhow, i've heard the demo will be out this week

that screen doesnt really do the damage system any justice, the videos floating about with the ferrari show it so much better as it shows how it affects the car etc.
but lets face it, a game with 300+ cars will never get 100% realistic damage
anyway this is the sort of thing that gets me excited about fm2, how in depth and realistic do you guys like your car games?

theres a strong feeling the demo will be released this thursday after the game has gone gold and to coincide with the spring live update.
many people think parts of forza actually require some of the updates coming in tihs live update

was reading about ign.com had a preview on it. Although they say there looking forward to the release, the AI can be too hard. You'd be winning through out then at the last 2 corners they'll knock you off the track or something. Sounds very simular to motorstorm in that respect. Ah well. will be interesting when this demo comes out!

according the CHE from turn10, the ai is very intelligent, ie if youdrive like an idiot they will drive like idiots back, but if you drive properly they make every possible effort to drive out of your way.
also with this game ther is no rubberbanding, most racing games the AI cars are rubberbanded to a set path round a track, and go too fast where they should be slow and slow where they should be fast, this leads to unfair sometimes impossible to win races.
forza 2, the ai cars drive the track behind the scenes before the race starts and drive it properly to the limits of the cars
