a friendly against one of the strongest national side about, we dont want it to be a walk in the park for them.

Lets hope the lads that are playing, wear the shirt with pride and do a good job

Hope Barry gets on at some point in the game though. At least 45 mins i think. he deserves it!

Foster has had a good season, behind argueably the worst defence in the greatest league and fergie has said he will be challenging Van Der Sar for the #1 shirt next season when back at Man Utd and Aidy Boothroyd has also said he will be one of the best ever in years to come, so i can see why mclaren has given the call up

Any need for the title btw

I did not favour him at all but ffs give him a chance, this is an ideal to experiment as marc says.

Suprised barton aint starting, I suggest we shall see alot of changes though.

Quite glad dyer is getting a game as he's looked good this season.

Robinson has been sh*t this season so glad Foster is in. But P.Neville? He is useless!!! Why not Barry, been superb and is actually LEFT footed. SWP?? Has had no game time, we know what he can do anyway! Lampard is always b*llocks for England.

Why doesnt he actually play a couple of left footed people down the left for once??!! Were going to have no width and just boot it to Crouch.

SAME OLD ENGLAND

I prefer Phil Neville in midfield if I'm honest though. But then He probably wouldn't get in.

I think Fosters a better keeper than Carson and injury prone Kirkland IMHO. Managers been a bit unlucky with injuries prior to the match, we may well lose but what's important is a DECENT display. If we play like the last few games then he really needs to GTF.

Dyer's been playing well so has Foster so it's good to see he has the balls to call them up.

Hes got a decent squad withg him yet hes picked a poor team, not even experimenting as theres now ay that lot would play... experimenting would be trying barry etc., just think its a farce!!!!

Disagree, i think Walcot is nothing on Lennon, he is good yes, but at his age Lennon was and allways will be better
