I dont see what peoples problem is. I have a 360, I have never had a problem yet (touch wood), so why is it wrong for me to stick up for a product I like and am happy with

I know what you are saying. I havent tried a PS3 or a wii so my comments are normally just taking the piss. I just agree with Topshot that Sony needed to bring the PS3 out sooner and tried to of made it a bit cheaper.

well done on your purchase, would be worth buying a few blu ray movies so you dont feel like you got ripped off.
virtual fighter 5 is out soon and motorstorm looks fun, though from what ive been reading vf5 is probably coming to the 360.
be warned though theres is hardly any games out for it right now, most people who have a 360 and ps3 use the 360 alot more but by september 07 there should be a few decent games out for it.
oh and you can download the gt:hd demo to keep you going for a while aswell

Im going to play my mates PS3 soon and give another side to this ongoing debate. I will most likely still be getting a PS3, aswell as a Wii (getting one in march). The money factor isnt really a problem as i always go halfs with my brother on things like this. But we will need to purchase another HDTV because mine is the only one in the house 
IMO the PS3 will be on par with the 360 in different areas. Its alot like the PC GFXC card debate, ATI or GeForce, they both do the same thing, but in different ways, but the end porduct is always pretty similar

my little bro has both 360 and a Wii (yes hes spoilt  ), both quiet impressive, after 5 mins on the Wii i was knackerd!
heres a bit of info for you, sony have choosen only 80 retailers to sell the ps3 anybody not on the list can GTF, there was a secret'ish meeting in birmingham last week where each retailer where alloted a certain amount!

What is it with sont and their gay little rules, FFS they are lsoing 126quid a console you think they'd be bothered. Especially as MS are now making more money than they can spend on the 360

if all the rumours are true it seems like sony have got shit for brains
a) keep delaying the release
b) not making a console that hardware is any better than the 360
c) banning blu ray from porn
d) only allowing it to be sold in certain shops
e) making wireless controllers that arent really wireless
the list goes on...

PMSL, ati havent been in the debate for months now anything nvidia does just obliterates them. its going to be some time before AMD get ati back to form
