Lad that lives in the same town as me bought a standard Clio 182 in black last year. He said when he got it that it was going away to KTEC for a turbo conversion. He had it done about 2 months ago.

Its just a standard looking 182 with Toyo Proxes road legal track tyres. Went out in it on Saturday night.... FUCK ME SIDEWAYS. Its fast

Poor pic of engine bay

Dont know how good these vids are, kinda hard to hold the phone steady when your going that fast!

1st and 2nd gear are a waste of time, 3rd gets a bit of wheelspin but then grips and fucks off, felt like 4th was spinning if he has his foot down going over the crest of a hill This was in the wet though...

Hasn't found anything that can keep up with him, never mind get past him. Seriously impressed with it!

I loved it!

309bhp @ the fly apparently!

If he has no traction in 1st & 2nd then I should imagine a lot of car could "beat him" but neat none the less.

far too much power for the car imo, ther comes a point with tunig fwd cars where you start going backwards in terms of performance and drivability.

now that car is only really any good above 60/70

Ivenever heard such tosh in my life.

Steve i suggest you actually drive or own a powerfull FWD car and then make an opinion. Rather than just talking absoloute rubbish.

Quaiffe (sp) LSD is going in to help with traction.

He doesn't have NO traction in 1st and 2nd, it just spins alot so best to put it in 3rd still accelerates at a silly silly rate.

I dont have the spec... KTEC have only done 3 of them...

Steve, i never said it would be a good track car.

Your assumption on it being useless is quite ridiculas. The car will be perfectly driveble, you just need to know how to drive it.

Exactly Jambo. When I went out in it he was just showing how crazy it is if you plant your foot to the floor.

He knows how to drive it, he's a pretty good driver TBH. Better than me
