My clio when i took down a telegraph pole:
quite urprised how well it stood up to it considering i snapped the pole all the way through
My worst one was this fiesta:
How the hell I'm still alive I'll never know rolled the car over a metal fence with loads of sharp ends sticking out, that one was the one to make me realise how much i value my life.
Also the ninja:
but that was more of a not knowing the road and loose stone on the road compared to too fast on a wet road like the cars

yep... paramedic said without these fancy belts and seats you'd almost definately have nasty head/back injuries.
I had 3" FIA approved 5 points and monacos
I always tightened them to the point it was uncomfy but that meant i was never moving around in the bucket!

and can you believe we (5) all walked out the blue Corsa with nothing more than scratches, bumps, bruises, one black eye and sore knee (crutches for a week)
can't believe that was over a year ago now, late Sept. still not 100% comfortable when driving in heavy rain, still all smiling now!

This was pics of my mate's crash in his Clio DCi. The side Airbags and the fact he wasn't wearing a seatbelt probably saved his life!
Scene of the accident, car came to rest in someone's front garden:
Pictures of the car at the assessors, he didn't know how bad the accident actually was until he went back to get his stuff out Car is so bent:
Drivers Seat:
