Warren, when do you want time at the top with your extra 200cc!

The nasty rattle in the video is the gearbox, not the engine, although the video seems to amplify the noise somewhat!

Should give TV a ring (anonymously) and say car is road legal and so on.

Any plans to get it to the 200BHP or you happy with for now?

it needs to be making 230-240bhp for me to be happy, its pretty responsive low down the rev range but it revs up so quickly its just on the limiter all the time.

i planned to clean it all last night but rain stopped play, if its nice tonight ill give it a full clean and get some pics.

So would you need to raise the rev limit again then (safely) or just a case of fine tuning the timing and all that?

finally decided to get some work done on the corsa, been doing afew track days in the clio recently which has side tracked me from the corsa.

driven it a fair bit, looks a bit tatty now, needs agood clean!

got my cam cover fitted, it was a bit warped from the welder, not great but hopefully pulled straight, also got my filter fitted, running 120mm trumpets so got the biggest filter priper cross do, and a back plate from jenvey to push it forwards 50mm.

[img][/img]

looks reasonable and should keep the noise down a bit!

I'm probably well behind the times now, but weren't you running individual coilpacks at one stage?

What coils were you going to use? Seen the pic and they look like VAG ones. Semi interested in giving it a go on my Corsa when I build the engine...
