TBH and IMHO IIRC etc etc it's you own fecking fault for breaking the law and having no respect for speed limits and other road users. You would never catch me doing over 30..

DarkBahamut read my point about the locations of the schools on that road. The speed limit increases before every school. The only reason the 30mph limit is there is so that when you go down the hill you do ot accelerate too fast into a mini roundabout junction at the bottom. If the Police were interested in saving lives and making the road safer they would position themselves on the other side of the road. Where they position themselves is on the flat section, about 5 meters before the road turns into a 40 zone, so you are heavily accelerating up a very steep hill, it then levels off, your speed increases so you lift off, but it's already too late because the hidden safety van has already caught you. There was a huge uproar in the local nespapers about this because the Police are clearly using this position for MAKING MONEY. THey are taking the piss and I thought they were banned from using this position and have not seen them there for a long time. So get off your high horse.

Not really, haven't you seen the 30/35 killing kids adverts? 30's there for a reason, most the other speed limits are also there for a reason but they are money orientated

Could do you for 31mph if they really wanted. The rule of 10% plus 2mph is just a guideline. In North Yorkshire theyr'e not that strict.

Yeah cheers for the email Ben. I don't think I can do much about my situation as the known legal "loopholes" have now been pretty much closed, including the disclosing driver's name being in breach of human rights etc.

Just gotta pay up and pay high insurance (again).

oh no, gona have to read this thing one day case i ever end up in the same situation. gota admit though 36 in a 30 is alot harsh! cudnt seem to copy and paste the doc onto a thread however i am not exactly a computer wizz. if you are any good think mgt be worth putting it on c sport forums just to make everyone aware of what they can do in there favour.

Two things. Speak to Kat and ask her what she knows about it

Secondly, read some of my posts, especially in the hep zone. I know the K+N will probaby loose power and not actually give you power due to hot air etc, and even if it did give you power I know it wouldn't make a 1.2 beat a 1.4
