My conclusion is...

1st half we were the better team, should have buried out chances. It was a good watchable 1st half.

2nd half after the sending off, the we did the typical things, sit back, and wait....which is frustrating but it paid off. Australia could have scored, but our defending was the best ive seen it for 6 years. We also had our own opportunities to score.

The incident...please see above, Grosso couldnt avoid falling over, yet i feel he didnt dive....a dive is what most of the ducth players were doing last night...please get this into context.

Im pleased Totti scored, quality strike...this should inject him with confidence, and hopefully will kick start him into playing well.

the reaction is nothing less than i expected, the synical english attitude comes out...as some of the comments above show.
