corsa was 100% this morning, passed its MOT, even the emssions

Got home and oil pressure light was staying on on start up, though it may be down to relife valve as lee suggested

now its as tappy as fuck (its never tappy) taking it apart now, as by my reckoning it fucked



oh well, PVS in the 12 volt

you still might be able to fix it in time?

may just not be getting enough presure up top, aslong as there isnt any knocking and such, should be fixable to an extent...

TBH ive got the 12 volt so not tottally gutted as im still goin to PVS, just wont have to worry if this will get me home or not

i dont mean to alarm you... but mine was doing this, then i put another litre of oil in it, then it died.

moral of the story is.... dont put 6 litres of oil in a car designed for 5 litres...

if its on the exhaust side it will sound like tapping

if its on the inlet side, it might, maybe
