acceleration, lighter weight, simplicity, costs less to do, more original and to give the 8v the extra little bit of poke

Acceleration: Yes, shorter ratios. But far to short for the engine.
Lighter weight: Yes, but by not much.
Cost less: How? With an F16 you have to buy some new inner CV's, with the F13 you need a flywheel and clutch.
Originality: Oh My God. Will people STOP saying this! It's not original to do stuff wrong, it's stupid.

on yourself mate, just have an f16 and some inners at the ready for when the f13 goes, my mates is still going strong tho, it willbe much fun!

well said mate im doing the exact same thing on mine ive got the 130 seh engine though!! dnt thing the gearbox will last very long but well its on im goin to start saving for a f16! 0.60 should be good!
