thing is, everyone else is right about this love - chance of you getting away with it is extremely slim, unless you have proof stating otherwise - but then it would be his word against yours (or his mates vs your mates etc), nothing that can be done really

Saying that though, if the police said that you wasnt in the fault - then i would have thought the insurance company would take in to consideration

Youll have to take it on the chin - next time stop daydreaming/putting makeup on/looking at yourself in the mirror.

id admit blame, when you learn to drive you get taught how to watch for any situation and react to them, you cannot be perfect all the time but i think you were sitting too close.(if you wernt you wudnt of hit him) glad no1 was hurt tho!

stopping distance at 30mph isnt very long, had you kept distance you would have stopped in time....so either you were too close, or werent concentrating on what was going on so didnt react in time, either way its your fault

tbh sounds like typical women behaviour, never wrong.

iv twice been hit by women, both times they have refused to admit it was there fault.

a woman pulled out of a junction straight into the side of me, then tried to say it was my fault, i mean wtf !

of course they ended up paying out in the end

to be fair, a lad went into back of me whilst speeding when i was stationary at a roundabout and he tried to blame me....
