There was a segment on the locla news today about the thousands of brand new unsold MG Rovers that are held at RAF Upper Heyford, tons of the fookers and no-one knows who really owns them so they can't sell em!!

Quite, technically they should still belong to the Phoenix 4 and as such should be sold on at whatever price necessary in order to mitigate the losses but for some reason PricewaterhouseCoopers won't allow it although they claim they do not possess ownership

Well perhpas but they only paid for then rights to the 75 and MG-F IIRC and also a few of the engines... also hilariously the MG name belongs to BMW so theres another implication there!!

Cool pics, just like a ghost town.

I'm sure when they decide to sell the stock (whoever owns it) then they will be bargin price. Dunno what getting parts will be like though.

the cars belong to all the different comapnies that rover owe money too. heard they will be auctioned off unless this new company that owns them decides to dig in their wallets
