vectra CDTi 150hp. not a sports car, not a hot hatch, not a cult car but then it does the job I need the most which is to ferry me, my family and my dog about in comfort, safety with good mpg

I don't see a nova or a cossie being a cult or a special car.

I still think its a great car!
Makes me laugh though that some people are saying its just a Nova and Novas are shit yet they drive Corsas which are basically the newer version of the Nova

Yes exactly Matt, its like when Jr puts pics up of immaculate ERST and people start saying "its a Escort" get a grip you drive a Corsa, built for ferrying 80 year old pant wetters to bingo.

If your a Vauxhall enthusiast then you can appreciate the work gone into it and realise its not just any old Nova and is definately worthy of being kept in pristine condition.
Just because its a Nova doesn't mean people dont treat and care for them like other people would Ferraris and other exotica. People have different budgets and tastes so choose to be enthusiasts over different makes of car!
The lad that has bought it loves his Novas. He could of bought something much newer for the same money but he is mad about Vauxhalls, particularly Novas so he is much much happier with this Nova than he would be with any other car he could of bought for the same money!

I totally see the point of other people doing this I appreciate a car like this compared to a coked up corsa with loads of bits added it's calss, I couldn't afford it, probably wouldn't appreciate it quite enough to contemplate owwning it though.

This car is one of the very very few vaxhalls thats gets silly amount of respect from all car enthusisats, which cant be said for alot of vauhalls
brett spent silly amount on this, and TBH if i had the money, i would do the same
it will allways be recongnised as one of the best vaux built, and the level and build details as stunning on it
about using it evreyday, fuck off
if i spent 8k on one of the best modded cars in the uk, i wouldnt want to ruin it the underside is a good as the rest, and its juts mint evreywhere, people like me and olly dont use our ars evreyday, and i sure ollie would agree with me thats this car is 10 times better than either of ours
