Running 10W40 I see about 90C when just cruising around, with 15W50 that jumps to about 95C. Highest peak I have had is 110C but I reckon if Id have carried on driving like I was that was well on for 120C.

think i obly see around 180F most of the time.... thats about 80C i think

corsa e-tec, be cheaper to get them made up at pirtek to be honest ,cant see it costing that much..... and they will have the exact sizes i want

Yep I did it first ages ago, I was seeing temps over 125+ and killed my big ends as a result.
get th elater 20XE plate as you can easily tap a 1/8NPFT (or whaever it is) for the oil temp sensor, they aren't thermostat ones, but you'll not get cold temps unless a) driving like a pussy b)goign 3miles to shops
Pirtek ones you'll be looking at the sharp end of £100-120 for them in steel braides PTFE jobs, but are gurantee'd. Come see how mines set up when you get down for plug cover,

better to use 45deg bend off the sandwich and 90's off the cooler.

Thank for the comment does look as good now. Wiring everywhere and the manfold paint gone.

Binned the crash bar I have a roll cage

Dont forget the manifold (not red any more) is a bargin at the moment on ebay
