FAO of chumbly. how the hell do you pass your mot like that, do you have to re-fit the wipers every time? do you ever drive your car or is it a show car only.. cus uk weather is so unpredictable it's always pickin or raining... dont think i'd last without my wipers..

And yes it actually was the same colour as the car, it's just that the scuttle was clean and the car wasn't (and my digicam at the time was poopoo)!

I had mine on from Max Live til last week. When i got asked about my car by the police at Cruises they never even noticed i had no window wipers. Also i had my screen waxed so the rain jyst ran off. I have now put them back on as its starting 2 rain alot more. I did put them back on 4 the MOT though.

But now the police have a new system whereas instead of a fine they issue you with a ticket that you have to get stamped by the MOT garage and it goes on the system, so if you put the wipers on for the MOT then take them back off and get pulled again your liable to a huuuuge fine

Seems a bit impractical too but tis your motor
