unsure what language, would be open to any really. Would definitly involve mysql though I would of thought.

I have everything covered other than the programming side of things, which will need a fairly decent programmer to take care of it!

And you've no idea what you want it programming in.

MySQL / PHP same as here

Access or MS SQL Server / ASP if need to either edit the data as Access files or integrate to windows domain or something.

I expect it may me PHP and MySQL...speaking to someone now about it so might be sorted hopefully!

Yeah that would be my choice, if you've control over the hosting you can strip it down a lot more and get it a bit quicker.

Ive done some PHP and MySQL - Currently use ASP.Net and C#.Net
