I am a Sales Engineer for a Micro component distribution company, Mainly internal sales. I have set accounts to manage.
As 3CM pointed out I use to live in argos and nick funky coloured pens.
My job pays very well for my age 
All salary too, not pants commision
Ill take some pics next time i goto the house,
They are currently building my road, they are also going to convert my garage back from the sales office to my garage soon alos 
horaay!

having your own place is far more expensive than you imagine at first, i dont have a 3 bed house but i have a flat on a joint mortgage with my old man but its only over a short time, only 9 years left of this mortgage now so the re payments are really high but its all the other bills that just seem to keep on coming!
and modyfying a car aswell as a house is very hard, im totally regretting spending £20K on my car as rather than looking to moving out again in 2 years i could have been looking at moving out now with about £50K in my pocket 
but by the sounds of it you earn a pretty peny and im sure you have it all planned out!
and eiter sell the car NOW and get as much for it as you can or keep it and sell in a few years!

It is indeed expensive,I have a 50/50 mortgage for 175k - paid 80k up front as deposit and our bills are coming in at £2,300 a month without running the cars etc. IMO cars come second to houses, I've just sold my Evo because it's a waste of money and part of growing up means you make sacrifices. Going to be running 1 nice car and a van. Goodluck though,but I'd deff go for the house it's always good to get on the property ladder at an early age

when i first got the flat with my old man i was only 19 and TBH it was hard paying so much a month just to live as i didnt have much left but now ive grown up and realised that its alot better in the long run which is how you have to look really!

I did have my own place - Me mother moved away with her guy but she has now moved back home , doesnt botehr me as she helps with the bills, but at this rate im gonna be living in the RX

Well done for getting a house. I am feeling ready to move out and get a place of my own now. I am not doing anything else to the car just going to keep it and enjoy it. You have spent alot on your car so there is not point in selling it, just keep it and have fun with it

house is 230K,
they are paying
5% towards depoist,
all legal fees,
stamp duty
House has 40K's worth of extras... The curtains alone cost £3500 LOL!!
I putting quite a large lump down as depoist also

Prolly but it all depends on you will power to stop going out and well being more creative with your money IMO
Done well pete i been looking recently into this kind of stuff makes more sense
