So how? rallying it around a field?

Or you got bored and just ripped it off?

Bit of both actually..

Not quite a field - but my driveway and the big tree that sits at the end of my driveway.

Reversed up onto drive, then noticed the wheelie bin beside the back gate and thought "oh it's bin day tomorrow so better leave enough space to get the bin past the car". Drove back off the drive and came up again but the gap that i left was a little bit too big and as my wheel came over the tree roots/stump, the bumper came down on top and the car was stranded. I thought if i just drive slowly it'll just graze the bottom of it, but no, it completely ripped the left side off.

So me being a little bit angry (and stupid), got out of car and ripped the right side off and snapped all the clips and smashed my wheel arch liners in the process.

Car is back on the road but bumper is just held on by 2 screws and a little bit (a lot) of glue rather than the 8 screws that should be holding it on. I snapped the other 6 clips..

Cost me £50 to get the bumper refitted this morning but i need a new bumper + valance + arch liners + fog lights in the very near future.

I've bought a new valance already (£70) which is coming next week and i'm going to try and get new bumper and arch liners from a scrappy. So looking at about £100 total for the parts then just need to get the valance bonded/blended on to new bumper and sprayed up - might try this part myself.

Still looking at £150 total even if i do DIY it.
