So you're all attention whores?

What about people that put a personalised plate on a standard car?

The point of having a standard plate on a modified car is that some people don't modify their car with large wheels and bodykits.

You got a numberplate that attracts attention from the Police. Do you enjoy the times you spend with them?

Maybe the problem is the people that give plates as gifts and not the people that own them.

Next time you're asked what you'd like for Christmas, do me a favour and just ask for a puppy.

I made 100 quid on B19 VEC.

Been offered a grand and a bit for mine, which would be a grand profit, so yeah you can make money. Not all the time.

I bet it went on a Vectra... why are people so predictable? (This is where you tell me it went onto an 1983 Allegro.. )

So maybe the "investment" is only for the first owner of the plate? Anyone selling a second time would have trouble getting £1000 for L4FFN.

Private Plates are used to either personalise the car or hide it's age

H18 OAB was on my car when i got it they didnt make H reg Corsa's so it was to cover the fact mines was an L reg and the Owner that put the plate on was called Robert nicknamed Boab for short

theres a butchers van running round here with M1 NCE

My car was made in 1997 and has an R at the start of it's number plate. Many cars have been made since then, but I don't mind.
