Luke took something to be posted at the post office about a week ago

I have just checked our online bank statement and instead of them charging £9.79 to our card they have taken £99.79

Like he wally he didnt check before he signed and also now we dont have the reciept

Do you think if we go in with a bank statement they will sort it???

Take your bank statement, and ask to speak to the manager and explain what happened, if they wont refund you, tell them you will be contacting trading standards

Thinking about it for a wrong value to have been entered it must have been a standalone cc terminal (seperate from the till) if this is the case a good manager should have spotted this and refunded your card anyway
