i use prolab pure whey,

protein shake and does the job for me, have 1 during the deal between a meal and then 1 after the gym!
used creatine last year and decided not to this time.
DONT do cardio and weights on same night its not good, i just do run and cross trainer 1 night a week, and the weights another night and go crazy on them. Lifted over 30 tonnes ha ha yesterday!

But try get on the free weights if you can as there the best!

A few things....not being the no it all but here is some info for ya:

Sups crap? then you say take 3 shakes a day anyway as far as supplements go....depends on what you want out of training. Go for a mass gainer with plenty of carbs and protien if you want to GAIN weight...obviously upping your calories. Things like Reflex are cheap and chearful and you get a good amount for the money. If your cutting weight but want to gain muscle in the process then a simple protien supplement will suffice...but go for whey protien not milk as this is not as well obsorbed.

The dbol comment i like for those of you that dont know dbol = dianabol which is an oral steroid. 17AA..which is liver toxic...so its best to run liver protectants such as milk thistle or ALA whilst doing dianabol depending on how much you value your liver.

Im no massive body builder but have been part of muscletalk.co.uk for 2 years or more now and my breother also owns a bodybuilding company here...so any questions or whatever id be happy to help...if youd rather more professional info related to bodybuilding then goto the site above they are all very hewlpful.

in regards to the milk thistle whilst taking dianabol. Ive always had a strong opinion that it does sweet FA. I would say its just about strong enough to help the liver regen after a night on the piss

It's all about the diet. You can train for 30minutes a day or 3 hours a day, you aint getting anywhere without rest and nutrients. Although i do believe protein supplements are a massive help especially post workout, but at the end of the day, its JUST a supplement. Nothing beats proper meals.

its best not to. in actual fact my best workouts were those of 45minutes. I used to train one muscle group per day but i found that once the muscle had recovered (2-3 days) it wouldnt get another hammering in time. I found the best way to train was to do a 4 day split (back/bis, shoulders/abs, legs, chest/tris)

i believe strong;y with supplements. Specially when u havent got time to cook 3 meals a day. Plus with hard gainers...its added calories. 3 meals plus 3 shakes is like 6 meals a day. Its more of a convienience thing. Also whey protien is by far the easiest protien to absorb.

lol, quite complicated, but biochemically,
Strength training produces molecules called PDK1 and mTOR for progress
where endurance training produces PGC1(alpha) and AMPK for progress

To cut long story short AMPK inhibits mTOR molecule and the bulk of the weight training is pointless...

In each case the molecules are elevated then die down to normal after roughly 24hrs

Sorry mini essay

as said its best to eat lots, but make sure that hey ar the right things that you are eating, my brother has 6 meals a day, eat not too your maximum just little and often.
i train near enough every day, used to do weights but alot more into fitness now and personally feel alot better for it also remember
Veriety is the spice of life, try to change around routines etc as if you do the same ones over and over it doesnt just become menotemous but your body quickly adapts to this 1 set routine, try to change it about abit or do diffarent sorts of exercises which train the same muscles
