oh! if the car has like wide tyres 195's or above the car will handle better on standard suspension cos the springs and shocks are made for each other were as lowering springs upset everything.

if you do decide to continue with the idea get eibach springs they will be the best... but really u need the get a matched spring shock combo

I got -40mm on standard shocks, etc and the ride is ok but not brilliant especially in the wet, betta to wait until u can afford the full kit, definitely worth it

I've driven corsa's with both -60mm springs & standard shocks, and -60mm springs & uprated shocks.

Springs & Standard shocks was evil ride! loads of knocking & bumping as the shocks were too soft for the drop. Matched springs & shocks was great, handling was 100 times better!

Even better handling when I got coilovers

Halfords told me you can't get 60mm springs on standard shocks at the back because they will bounce out.

They also tried selling me a 106 induction kit for my corsa

i got whitters 60mm spring and mines still on standered shocks, the ride aint that bad, its bearable. but when you hit a pot hole or big grid or a speed bump any faster than 10 or less MPH then it feels like the cars about to break. lol. but you just have to swearve from them or slow down over it.
