It doesnt chuck it out, it recirculates it. Sounds like the DV is leaking to me, but obviously i know fuck all according to Vibrio, not like ive ever experienced this

They are reliable, they do have the odd common problem like the DV failing, they are not very good reliability wise. I havent really heard of any clutch problems like Alan is having though. Ive had problems like new MAF, Limp mode, New throttle body and other minor problems.

for a standard one, its fairly cheap but id always go for an aftermarket one, looking at about 100 quid fit it yourself

Could be an electrical problem , Turbo solinoids playing up etc..

so your boost will be all over the place , or you could have a split hose and when warm you are lossing boost etc..

yup, very true. Id start at the DV though as it is a common problem but ideally he needs VAG.com plugged in to find fault codes. Hope you get the RX7 sorted soon mate

Sorrrrrrrrrrrrtttttttttttteddddddddddddd

Well i have had a look around all the pipes before but i went for another look before and found this......

Now it was only a small split in the pipe but i pulled it open to show were it was.

My car is now soooooooooo much quiker in 1st and 2nd gear!!! You can actuallt hear the turbo spinning it starts to trail off in 3rd gear though but i've heard this is common and the Golf GTI T dosn't do it as the Audi has been messed with in the factory so it has diff mapping.

All sorted now just to do the pedal at the garage

Thanks for all the advise and help people

AmD - Good move you will love it
Bailey DV - good man
18" Khan RSS - No way, buy my RS-C's and lowerin springs, they all need refurbished but you can have the lot for 500 quid inc springs when you can afford it.
reiger kit - Very poor fit, id avoid it bloke on audi sport has the front, he is changing it already.
Jetex zorst - Cant comment, never seen or heard one on an A3

Sounds like you have some good plans though

The new Jetex zorst is in this months GOLF mag but it fits the 1.8T so it must fit ours i rekon.Letterbox style

I really don't know when i'll have £500 mate i'm sorry i'd love them though.Might have the springs though!
