then his car is running shite then or you ment to write 185lb ft and not 158lb ft with standard pistons. is peak power on the limiter? also why just a back box? his turbo going to be strangled with just a standard exhaust on it?

Surprising. You mention nothing about low comp pistons, bottom end strengthening or changing compression ratio .

Also 1 bar of boost is a fair amount for any petrol turbo car to be running, let alone one that doesnt come from the factory with a turbo on.

Utter shite, especially if he's running nearly 1 bar of boost. My normally aspirated X16XE 1.6 produces 214bhp and makes nearly as much torque (146lb/ft)

I cant see a k & n on the any were or a dump valve

Wot the hell is a cosworth dump valve any way

cosworths dint come as standard with dump valves
