Not really i dont think as it get quite expensive on v6 engines.

Not really worth it tho i doubt, if i got a gsi it'd stay standard bar ice and maybe coilovers.

Regal are just generally expensive! Its all about the turbo at the end of the day. Veccy is a nice car, but Scooby more tuneable, and you've got that dunp valve sound!

Why a Vectra? If you want a cruiser then why not get a decent one? A Mondeo ST200 is a much much better car, any BMW is better, 3.0 406 Coupe is better, any Audi, any Merc......the list goes on....
And the Vectra is at the bottom of it.
That being said, I'd take the Scooby and enjoy yourself.

mate get the scoob, so much fun 2 drive and is the best handlin car iv drove, dont get the vecta my dad used 2 hav1 and it woz crap compared 2 his scoob

imo scoobys r eveywhere these days, id say go for the vectra gsi, mi not biased.....honest  , no really though, theyre a very smooth car and can look even more stunning with a few subtle mods

ive only driven a vectra gsi so cant really comment on the scooby but personally id go for the gsi, they're less common, look good with a few little mods (not that scoobys dont) they are far less common and if your worried about performance they are far from shy!! i was driving it with a constant  ummmm v6!!

You gotta drive then both mate, as you might feel dead comfortable in one, and hate the other, or even hate them both!! you need to find out what the driving experience is like for yourself tbh.....
It really depends whether you want the hit of acceleration a turbo will give you in the scoob, or a nice smooth torquey power delivery you'll get in the veccy imho..
I also think the veccy GSi's a bit of a Q car, they don't stand out too much, a bit of a street sleeper imho, wheras a scoob's always much more noticeable...
Personally, i'd have the veccy GSi, even tho a guy round the corner has a well sweet sounding scoob...
Just my 10p worth....
