I would move the filter away from the turbo and fit a bigger one. I doubt that size of filter is good enough for the power your putting out. also you show power at wheels no fly, I recon your around 215hp at fly. intercooler would give you more

The Dyno Operator said that, on the wheels there is a lose of about 20% of engine power... thats how them calculated the engine HP.

About the filter... I never had one on my cars... never liked! I´m using this one just to prevent from damaging the turbo..

so does all 4 of the manifolds branch go into the turbo and then exit it in one?

soz but iv not much clue about turbo's!

and then the turbo needs a airfilter too?

is that a recirculating dv??

I´m gonna try to explain...

The hot air that comes from the exaust, turns the turbo on that uses this power to suck cold air from atmosphere, compress it and send it to the intake..

thats why you need a air filter!

180bhp at wheels for me gives around 215bhp at fly; I would imagine around 225bhp flywheel for this car.

BTW - what's the conversion between newton metres and lb/ft anyone?

Nm x 0.738 = lb/ft

Lb/ft x 1.356 = Nm
