I have been in this, very comfortable but smells like cheap aftershave inside

Just get some 18's and a nice exhaust along with the other bits you have listed and it will be a very nice car. The bodywork is in excellent condition.

it's a R33 GTS Skyline, they are not fast, and they are not worth fuck all to buy either! now a R33 GTR or R34 GTR that could easily rip the supra to pieces with a few mods! and imo looks better.

guarantee i could beat the price u get one for u2u me with what u reckon u can pick a GTR up for.
that's fair enough if u don't wanna spend out much
just unfair you comparing the skyline to your supra! as this is a very tame boring skyline compared to the GTR's!
and better then spending your money making this one a bit like a GTR! when u could have the real thing!

gibbs....

i said in my previous posts...... THAT IT WAS UNFAIR TO COMPARE THEM.....

someone asked my how they compared, i told them!

If had wanted a GTR, i would have not bought this.......

I do want a GTR in around a years time.... i do not think im going to loose much, if any, cash on this car in the meanwhile.

My bad, didnt read all the posts so missed u saying unfair to compare them.
All i was saying was i don't see the point in spending money on this to make it look like / go like one as it's just not one, but if ure looking at getting one and not spending out on this then i see the sense regardless of it being my business or not to know what ure doing!

Same power supra vs Same power Skyline i reckon the skyline would take it
alltho i should have a V big power supra coming over from japan find out later today

depends what you did with the car..... top end etc a supra would hump it.... 0-60, the skyline etc

most of the parts im looking at getting for this GTS are 2nd hand...... or came with the car.... just taking my time browsing through forums etc

If i wanted a GTR i would have had to have taken finance...... i needed no finance with the GTS.....

u really think the supra's are better top end? why do you think that ? i'm interested as i've always thought the skylines had the stronger engine for topend runs, after all i do believe top secret's supra has a RB26DETT in it

top end.......

a supra has a bigger CC'd engine for a start..

I thought we were talking std block, aprox 500bhp skyline/supra's (like my old)

But then there is the question of turbo set ups etc.... single or twins ???

too many variables to call...... but i still think a supra is a much better car

ahh stock block, the supra may have the edge because of being more aerodynamic that's true, i think the skyline is a more stable car but with stock block etc.. and similar power you are prob right.
thing is, the CC difference can't mean that much in these cars, otherwise top secret would not have used a DETT in the supra's shell. like you say too many variables the skyline could have 500bhp of low down high torque power but the supra could be tuned with same power but higher up for higher top speed runs!
end of day both great cars!

can i ask what car i've blown up please? u think i really really can't afford the cars? why would i keep buying top end jap motors if i really could not afford them?
coming from you who swore the synthetic oil u used was good for your engine and any friendly advise i gave you that proved you wrong you threw back in my face like a baby spitting it's dummy
friendly banter mate! friendly banter!

By the time he spends out on the few bits he is gonna do he won't have spent more than buying a normal GTS ashe got it for a bargain. So when it comes to selling he will probably break even or even make money from it.
