I would say Ultimate Velocity's corsa on 20's was the "madest" in terms of being different and OTT.

this corsa is from Belgium...
saw it at Mechelen at the end of October 2003 at a big show...
very impressive even if it's not my style (prefer euro style )...
and this car is a showcar...the guy just come with it on a truck... ;-)
