who has tuned them and what kind of power have you got out of them?

got 109bhp and 100ft lb torque out of my 1.4 16v, it has superchip, viperinduction kit, lexmaul inlet manifold and a cat back grp a scorpion stainless exhaust.

got a de-cat pipe, supersprint 4-2-1 exhaust maniofld and some c16xe cams to put in it when i got the time! and then ill be swopping it all over to a 1.6 16v engine when i get money!

1.6 16v sport got 115.2bhp on rollers with powerflow-catback zorst, janspeed manifold, bfo ind kit, ecotek valve

2.0 lt soon though

1.6 16v 137 bhp with velos plenum,unichip s/less filter cat back exhaust .just added a janspeed manifold and getting a motorsport cat soon as well,then some cams and porting/polishing.hoping for about150/155 bhp

i've got a 1.6 X16XE making 146lb/ft of torque and 214bhp at the fly (180.5 at the wheels). Gets kinda expensive though

Yes, but this engine is much much quicker than a red top and the car handles better than it would have done with a red top.

i belive andys has a raised rev limit of 9k

my 1.4 16v puts out 136bhp

with
SBD performance manifold
264 degree shrieck cams
Uprated valve springs and caps
Pocketed pistons
Mantzel powerbox
Omex ecu 7500 rev limit

It's driveable, but you wouldn't want to use it in town as an everyday car
