speed doesnt work read to 20mph then shuts off. hopefully will get sorted at the weekend with some bits from scrapyard

other than that its all good

I had the unit and the wiring plug to stick one into mine, then my dad took it when i sold the car.

I could have been the 1st

hats off to you though, how did you do the mph sensor from the front wheel?

im not the first
v5uk (who i got mine off) has one in his also
speedo currently just using the g/box sender, but doesnt like it. found a battered tigra in scrappy so off there at weekend hopefully to have (hopefully) either a front ot rear abs sensor and gubbins to go with it

and what has he done?

I've told him it wont work on just the normal speedsensor from the gear box about 5 times!

i knew it probably wouldnt work, but theres no harm in trying

the elise takes it speed readings from abs, which gives more pulses/second than my gearbox sender. although on migweb theres some guys who claim to have just used an astra gte digidash transducer and it worked ok

Its lotus clocks in a corsa...I dont see the appeal. Yes it looks decent but it says lotus...

Thats like me buying a ferrari badge and sticking it to my car...

It would look a lot better without the word Lotus on...

Its for the stack dash.
Nothing to do with lotus.
I assume the lotus version is cheaper than the one from stack or maybe wiring?

Merely the fact it says Lotus in a Corsa...

You can get the later spec one as i had that has just stack written on it.

Cheesey was going to sort mine, with a abs sensor from a calibra i beleive
