been on the site for a few months now and decided i want to do a project thread

had the car for a year and a half now but not really done much to it since the last couple of months

Bought the car for £800 from a garage with only 68k miles (nothing wrong at all)

bargain or what?

i have a few pictures already but due to me just starting a thread i will get as many as i can at every little thing i do to it from now

this is what £800 pound gets you....

1l arden blue 2000 68k standard

inside & outside was immacualte with no rust at all

so about a year went past and all i had done to it was changed the rear lights to smoked lights/ got some fo alloys for it and just the odd bits that were natural things such as a new sensor and a new standard exhaust because it dropped off

then came to early this year and i though f**k it, im going to get this started on and try get it looking half decent

1'st job i did was take the alloys of as i wasnt keen on them, & put my steelies on, sprayed them matt black and give them a good look!

then it went in for abit of a spray and came out with a yellow v grill and yellow wing mirrors (what was i thinking)

i then bought alot of stupid stickers for it which have now been removed! (planning on putting new ones on now as i miss them haha)

i wanted this car to be different to most corsa b's with the horrible body kits on and massive alloys on that makes it look like a tractor!

next i invested in a bonnet bra, a 8000k hid kit, a badgeless grill & a powerflow twin backbox from a nova so its to big

then got my personalised stickers (noo biggy) but i liked them

then realised how it need lowering soo bad so i got some 60mm springs & and a set of angel eyes for £50 & a set of wind deflectors for £15!

yet again another bargain......

havent fitted the angels yet as im wanting some smoked depo's!

thats the most todate photo of it

just ordered myself an opel grill for £12.50 off ebay from portugal! once again bargain haha

next plans

change the wing mirrors back to blue
front coilovers
new backbox that will actually fit!

comments and ideas welcome

cheers!

That yellow doesn't suit the car, maybe if it was a little more subtle like rim tape on any wheels you might be getting and a few hints here and there like rear badge. Otherwise, very clean car. Wish I could find one that clean!
