'The Women's World Cup got off to a thrilling start on Sunday as holders and hosts Germany beat Canada and France saw off Nigeria in Group A.

Almost 100,000 people saw the games, with 71,755 at Germany's 2-1 win over Canada at Berlin's Olympic Stadium.'

I watch it.

Tbh Womens's football has come a long wast he last few years. I went to a few games at the Hockey Stadium in MK when I lived there.

And the women's team is Arsenal's only chance of a trophy atm.

just seen it on eurosport, that's mental.

I guess the ref was just in shock with what happened and ... You know what I tried defending it, but can't. It was ridiculous
