Just to explain the socks...

Where Everton are moving to, Kirby, they are known as the sock robbers. So it was arranged for Liverpool fans to take old socks and throw them on so they didnt have to nick any.

As much as I dislike Liverpool, and never want them to win another game in the history of the club, I actually do think they have some of the best fans in England* when it comes to stuff like that



*The real ones, not the ones that sit at home on a Saturday and have only ever been to about 3 games, much like my 2 mates, who BTW, are the reason for my hatred of Liverpool.

If it wasn't for my 2 mates, Liverpool would actually be a team I liked I've got a lot of respect for what they achieved in't 80's, like the fans, like the ground, always liked the kit

Just my 2 mates that have turned me against them with there constant Hudders bashing & reluctance to say anything negative about Liverpool. Plus the fact neither of them even attempt to get tickets, yet moan all the time they cant go
