These people have their priorities all wrong.
I'm going to spend my benefits on fags and alcohol.

There was one women who wanted £500 a week left after paying her bills. That's alone is a good wage where i come from.

Greedy cunt! I only earn half of that a week, let alone have that much to spend.

My mum works at an upper school (deals with attendance issues amongst other things) and several of the kids she deals with have all said that its easier to fail school and do what their parents do (nothing, live off the state) as they dont have to try hard, and if they get pregnant/get some girl from the estate pregnant they get a free house too.

Sad that the only aspiration they have is to do nothing with their lives and become the bottom feeders of society. Its a sad world these days.

Personally they should be turfed out their houses by 9am and made to work in the community (gardening, helping local charities, litter picking etc) and do a full days work for their cash. None of this sitting around picking their arses waiting for the off-license to open so they can pick up another can of Special Brew.

I wouldn't class £500 a week as a good wage, more an average wage.

That'd be a Salary of about £62k would it not ?

2000 expendable
~ 1600 bills & food

£43200 after tax

Slightly more than UK average wage

it seems as if those who are physically unable to work, get way less benefits than those that chose not to work because they have kids. As if having a ghetto baby means you are entitled to more cash to sit around than someone who has to sit around because they are fucked, but want to work.

Me and my missus both work, we get no help financially towards child care, but all the slags in town with kids who don't work get God knows how much money and free childcare..... For what? They don't work so why do they need childcare when they don't work, fucking madness.

Doesn't bother me though because like nic I'm a pretend millionaire and can afford to pay for it all myself despite it pissing me off.

I've noticed a change in nic since he got his office job. Every other post is about money and how much he earns, he's gone from the labourer on the shop floor passing the real men tyres to fit, to the office idiot making people cups of tea

I didn't actually ever pass tyres to the fitters. I did the warehouse for the wholesale side.

even though I'm an executive, official title by the way, I'm still the junior so I guess compared to the others in the team I would be the young, cool, trendy idiot that people like.
