Bit random, but does anyone know what the Backwards walking Asian backpack man does who stands at traffic lights by Debenhams?! if you live in derby, or drive through it, you'll probably have seen him

I assume he's writing down number plates, and looking for a sequence. Been pissing me off today standing at a pedestrian crossing repeatedly pressing the button.

How odd. There's a bloke where i used to live in Selby that used to walk halfway across the road normally, then the rest backwards. He also used to water the road and throw balls at cars. We called him Bender Brian. #coolstorybro

On another note, becareful not to set off before the person has fully crossed a zebra crossing. I had the police round at my front door the other day because someone had complained to them that i had set off before they had made it all the way across to the pavement.

Was wondering what the law was on whether I can go through the lights or not. I'm assuming I have to stop and wait even though he has no intention of crossing the road, he just wants to stop traffic

I didn't take that vid BTW, it was done a few months back.

Pretty much. I'm on my way out of the city centre at 7ish, usually see him at one set of lights, I come back in at 9ish, usually see him at a different set, then went out again today at 10 and he was at a different set of lights

Have either of you seen the tramp who wanders around in pyjama shorts? I swear someone must have bought him some jeans a couple of winters ago as I saw him outside Morrisons with these perfectly crisp drainpipe jeans on, but within days he was spotted again with the shorts in the snow
