Yeah the bodykit is very marmite. I'm still not sold on the front bar from some angles.

Stock wheels were 17" enkei rims

It keeps the V8 commodores and falcons honest which is hilarious as the drivers of those usually think they are driving the dogs bollocks, so when you get the jump on them in a 6 cylinder you usually get a bit on scorn

pics from the back look great, that front bumper spoils it for me though. Love the wheels and as long as it's fast it's cool as

Thought there might be some appreciation for this little monster. This belongs to a mate, we swapped for a bit as he had to drive oop north and needed something more comfortable.

Its pushing out about 260bhp at the front wheels whilst its NA. The supercharger blew on it a few months back so the Kenne Bell supercharger from a 5.0 Mustang is waiting for a new inlet to be fabricated and then chucked on. Should be good for 350-400bhp at the wheels once tuned

Engine work:
fully balanced and honed
Forged pistons and thick rods and strengthened crank
aftermarket engine management
wild cams
3" pipework

Evo 9 brakes
Lenso DC6 rims 18x9.5
LSD (it is still FWD after all)
Carbon fibre roof
stock suspension - Koni yellows

Even NA, its pretty quick even round corners. Doesn't have any trouble hassling proper evos

FWD is OK, it gets the power down really well considering its just your usual open diff arrangement. I took it for a run through the macquarie pass a couple of weekends ago and it stuck to the road like glue and felt very composed. As long as you keep a bit of power on through the corners and dont back right off, it can be very progressive in the corners.

I had a factory spoiler on it but i took it off, i prefer the look without it.

What are the options for spoilers on it?

Thought I would chuck my car up on here and see what you dudes think of it. I have had it for 3 years now and I still love it. Its a bit left-field, i dont like the ford or holden offerings as they are just too damn heavy. Its cool getting heads turned driving a shitty car like this :lol:

2002 Mitsubishi Magna - 3.5 V6 5sp manual - FWD!
1450kg
230bhp
230lb/ft

Suspension mods
Lowered - performance shocks and 45mm drop springs
22mm adjustable rear ARB
strut brace

Engine-GB mods
High flow TB and polished inlet (inside as well!)
High flow exhaust and extractors
Manual conversion with Exedy HD clutch

Brakes
302mm big(ish) brake upgrade on front

Stereo
goes thud thud when i want it to

Now for some piccies

Just need to find some decent interior shots.

Next up is some more engine work. Would really like to chuck a decent cam in it and get a retune on 98RON. Good for 210-220bhp at the wheels. Its a lot of fun to drive, the 3.5 doesnt mind revving out but has a good dose of mid-range torque. Can trouble some of the 5.7 V8's from the same era. Stock, does high 14's down the 1/4 and high 13's with a bit of work done. LSD helps a lot with this.

they can be made to go quite fast with a charger chucked on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_i0bC7Jc1Q
