Ah it's all veneered there, but tbf if it's good quality and last's i don't mind paying the extra premium regardless of the brand I love this particular style

If i could find it in solid wood else were I'd have it

This is the coffee table http://www.next.co.uk/x49960s3 (4th item down on the right)

It will be veneered and it's over priced. Can tell with the weight of the items

Better off buying proper oak furniture from outlets

not next, but i've got venereed stuff from argos and the range (arguably lower class than next) and they've been fine for 2 years so far.

i think my mums units (oak veneer) were from next and shes had them years with no problems.

it usually peels if it gets wet iirc.

Guess if your careful, like with any think they'll be ok just cant find any think as nice as a few pieces of furniture i've seen at next, all veneer

Does any one have any items of next furniture or in fact any 'veneer' furniture if so how has it kept i.e has it lifted or peeled at the edges?

Just trying to decide whether to get say solid wood furniture or if veneer cared for does last?
