I just got me leccy bill in for the last 3 months..............£370! Ouch! Phonebill £90! Sky £45 Rent £190 Mobile £50 Loan pymt £160 Food £150 Credit cards £200, AND ive written a chq for £390 which comes out at the end of the month.

MY advise.......... Stay at home as long as u can. Having a house does have it s benefits tho!

Its gonna be a rather quiet month for me this month :(

Single occupancy in a Band A property is typically £55-60 a month Council Tax.

Utilities rates vary depending on usage.

Budget for at least £100-200 a month on top of your rent unless you also have Sky/Cable, Broadband, etc.

Ok, Apart from rent what other bills would you have to pay and on average how much would they be?

Not usually mate, that is on top, sometimes they say includes certain bills, but that is usually if you are only renting a room.

Usually not unless stated. Should cover the rates tho.

If you rent a house from a housing agency does the advertised rent include things like electric, Gas, Water bills etc. ??
