That seems cheap, i've just moved into a large 2 bed flat and got both through electricity and gas through british gas and they have quoted me £92 all in. Not sure how much water is, I think the bloke said they will review it in 6 months and adjust the monthly figure accordingly.

My water is almost half that. 1 bed flat but still.

Leccy sounds about right - maybe a little higher.

Random figure on the gas

Water sounds hight BUT did you tell them there are only two of you, if not then it will have been based off a typical family living in the 3 bed probably which that figure is probably closer to.

Gas / Electy - sounds around the right ball park. Depending on your use it could be higher, could be less.

Our water is £34 a month (Also United Utilities)

Gas and electric are very similar.

We moved into our new place this weekend and spoke to all the utilities providers to arrange the relevant direct debits for the supplies

Electricity and Gas are both provided by British Gas
Water is provided by United Utilities

We live in a 3 bedroom link detached property worth £120k in Lancashire and the utilities companies have confirmed that the monthly figure for the supplies will be as follows:

Electricity - £24.50 per month
Gas - £42.00 per month
Water - £49.82 per month

Cant help but feel that seems a bit on the pricey side

Only me and my partner live in the property and we both work Monday-Friday 9 til 5 so will only really be using the utilities at evenings and weekends

Any advice would be hugely appreciated
