Wouldnt bother if youre trying to lose flab or cut down.

I meant double both water and powder.

Just was expecting it to be more. Doesn't bother me. Easier to drink less.

Doubling it would make the taste weak and would take longer to drink.
Just down it with 150ml and if youre still thirsty then drink another 150ml of just water.

This stuff i've got says add one full scoop to 150ml of water??

150ml of water. It only makes half a cupfull? Is this right or do I need to double it etc?

Tbh your best bet would be to keep your carbs and not mess around with any cardio. You can do 10 weeks of toning up at gym and the carbs will help you lift weights for longer. A lot of people always look for something to add to their trainning when tbh you can look more at your technique and how you are doing your weights and will notice a bigger improvement. If your looking to tone up you want to start hitting your fast twitch muscle fibres.

He wants to lose fat so high carbs and no cardio will be best? That's the first time I've heard that. Gradually reducing carbs and a bit of cardio is awesome for fat loss.

Its really not tho. you burn a lot more calliories and convert a lot more fat when lifting weights and with a little bit of reserch you can find out how to do it without putting on masses of muscle. fortuantly i did studdie in sport and have been going to the gym myself and i work purely on strength and tonning unlike others and has made a massive imrprovment.I know carbs are bad for loosing weight but when it comes to training i do you will burn them off well enough. One of the biggest mistakes people make is cutting too much out of their body. when you do that the body goes into starvation mode and will store every bit of what its is lacking so you can make the process take a lot longer by cutting nutriance out thinking its the best thing

I agree that weights are enough for fat burning providing your diet is in check as that's all I do and currently gettting to about 8% bodyfat. When fat loss slows I may throw a bit of cardio in. It's all about diet and the fat starts to drop off me when my carbs are lowered. Currently I've dropped carb servings to about half of what I was having on a bulk but have a carb up every Sunday where I basically eat all the carbs I can get my hands on to make my metabolism go mad. I actually get the sweats and stuff after the carb up. It's a good feeling knowing the fat's dropping off  . The key is doing it gradually to avoid rapid loss and muscle catabolism.

I wish I had this problem, trying to ingest 400g's of carbs a day takes some right effort!

Just want opinions.

Go to gym twice a week atm and play tennis once a week.

My fitness is good now, and i'm not overweight but i've got a bit of "flab" here and there that i could do with losing.

Basically want to tone up and drop the extra fat.

Got some supplements dead cheap today through an aquaintance who works at a health/nutrition shop.

They are WWS (Winning Ways Sports)

Got

http://www.wws.co.uk/thermo-burn.html#customer-reviews as a fat burner

and

http://www.wws.co.uk/protein-powder.html as a post gym recovery/muscle builder.

I'm not looking to be huge just more toned and defined I suppose.

I eat alot of pasta and bread which is why the carb blocker should be good??

Is this shit stuff or okay?:o

Protein looks okay, fat burner's probably a waste of time. Try lowering your carb intake and upping your fats if fat loss slows. Limit carbs to just around your sports and try and not have any after 5pm. As fat loss slows, lower them even more. Hope that helps.

Not heard of them tbh  but then i dont have a massive amount of supplement knowledge.

I use MyProtein.
