Sorted it, deleted an item in the registry and rebooted and it’s all good now.

Windows Vista

Went to burn a disc and the icon had gone from menu bar.

Checked My Computer and drive doesn’t show up, checked device manager and it’s there, checked update driver and it’s up to date. Tried to uninstall / reinstall driver and when I try to uninstall it it says ‘failed’

Seen a few bits mentioned about the registry but that aside, any ideas?
