Still got a 2nd gen iPod touch somewhere and there's naff all apps for it now, if I recall you can usually download older versions though. Not that I use it for more than music

Yes, eventually. Impossible to say when though, but you'll normally see the details in the update info for each app - I've seen it on TomTom apps previously where they've stated not to update on a 3GS or it'll stop working...

Hey,

With the release of iOS 10 my 4S (still going strong) is edging closer to extinction. When developers update their apps, which happens all the time, will they stop working on my phone?
