That looks pretty much the same as what we were looking at.
Although it had the camera built in to the top of the frame and looked better with a better stand.
Also its not just my mum that will use it my step dad likes to buy new gadgets when gets back from work.

Just get one she think looks nice and is within her budget.

Also 1500 is way overkill.

Newer LG's and Samsung's have the best designs imo. Sony's are pretty sleek too, if a bit bland.

My mums after a new telly. Has to be a smart tv with 3d and no bigger than 55" with as small a frame as possible. Whats good now as I've not bought a telly in ages. The budget is between £1500 -£2000.
We saw a panasonic one in currys the other day for around 1300 reduced.
